Advertising Specifications

Image Ads

• Accepted IAB ad sizes: 160x600, 120x600, 300x250
• Ad Formats: JPG, GIF, animated GIF (3 loops max)
Animated GIF images: Outlook 2007 does not support animated GIFs. Only a static representation of the GIF image shows, so please ensure that the first frame makes sense as a static image.
• No Flash (SWF)
• Third-party redirects are accepted, but must return a gif or jpg only
  Note: With a redirect please provide a click command with click through URL
• Third-party click and pixel tracking is accepted
  Note: For 3rd party click tracking please provide a click command with click through URL
• Please provide alternate text: Up to 64 characters including spaces. Example: "Click here for more information on [advertiser name]"
• All ads with white or partially white backgrounds must use a black 1 pixel border
• Max file size: 35k

Text Ads

• Title - maximum of 100 characters
• Text - maximum of 500 characters
• Image/Logo (optional)- max dimensions 100x35 pixels and max file size 10k; must be a gif or jpg
• Third-party click and pixel tracking is accepted
