Custom Briefings Email Help
Not receiving daily briefings in your Inbox? Can’t see any images?
To ensure that you receive your briefing each day in your Inbox, you should "whitelist" the briefing’s email address — meaning it should be marked as "safe" in your email client or should be added to your contacts. Email clients also try to protect you from "Spam" or "Junk" mail by blocking images.
Since each email client is different, below are the most common email clients with step-by-step instructions on how to "whitelist" the briefing’s email address and how set the email client to always display images.
With these steps, you will always receive and see the briefing in its entirety, making it much easier for you to absorb your daily news.
